Brent Spink

My work has consistently been attached to my interest in the natural world. Working Plein air gives me legitimacy in my being able to spend time out of doors in remote and wild places. The process of painting and the intense focus and observation that goes hand and hand with that process allows me to absorb what the natural world has to say. My paintings are a vehicle for the unspoken translation of that interaction or conversation.
