Kathy Mohl
Kathy has studied and practiced art since childhood. She attended Oberlin College and Kent State University. She was a graphic designer and illustrator before devoting herself to fine art painting. She has been exhibiting her work for many years in galleries, group shows, and juried exhibitions.
"Plein air painting has taught me how to see. Nature provides us with all we need to know as artists. Every time I paint on location something new is revealed to me. I experience the place with my mind, body and spirit. Painting plein air allows me to capture the essence of a place, the feeling of being there that I can hopefully share
with the viewer".
Kathy's work is represented by Grand Gallery of Ada, Michigan.
