Susan Wray paints with pastels and oils. Her paintings usually depict Michigan landscapes and urban architecture.
“I am interested in the different qualities of light of each season and especially intrigued by shadows and reflections. Painting en plein air offers me opportunities to quickly depict these fleeting phenomena.”
Wray’s paintings can be seen at The Baker Allegan Studios in Allegan. She is a member of the Great Lakes Pastel Society.
